Dun Rite Home Improvement

About & Contact

Studies say that renovating a home is considered one of the most stressful event in our lives. But when you renovate with Dun Rite Home Improvement, it's more like the 1,462nd most stressful event. (Right below running out of milk.) Vinny has been doing this for a long time, and you can trust him to get the job 'dun rite'!

Vinny Davis was born in Bay Ridge Brooklyn NY in 1962 and went to Our Lady's of Angels grade school. In 1972, he moved north to Yonkers and attended Roosevelt High School.

Vinny joined the NYPD in the early 80s after graduating in the top ten percent of his police academy class. Upon retiring from the force Vinny's brother, Michael, was the owner of Dunrite Painting Contracting which gave Vinny the idea for a career in general contracting.

Since beginning his business, Vinny has focused on giving his customers his full attention and expertise. He does not start one job and then head off to another, leaving you waiting for days or weeks. Vinny believes in finishing what he starts and focusing on one project at a time. Just like his momma taught him!

Vinny takes the time to get to know each client and to learn what they want to create. Whether he is remodeling a bathroom, kitchen, deck or addition, Vinny's commitment to customer service is reflected in all of his designs.

It was important to Vinny to establish a knowledgeable crew that had the same work ethic he has. He has done just that. Vinny's crew are professional craftsmen that take pride in their work. For a list of businesses and companies that Vinny works with click here.
